The stroke is precise and even with an intense color release, gives depth to the eyes and lasts for many hours. The soft, gliding texture allows you to build the intensity of the color to achieve the look you want. Precision Eye Pencil is available in different finishes: matte or glossy, shimmer or satin pencils to match Mia Makeup's wide range of EyeShadows and eye Palettes.
Shade 01 is a butter color with multiple uses: applied under the eyebrow arch it relaxes the eye for a natural anti-ageing effect, while in the inner ciliary rim it enlarges the eye and makes the iris brighter.
HOW TO USE:To achieve the blended effect, after application, blend in with the Shadow brush.
