Step 1:
Define & Intensify - Apply deep jewel-toned pencil along lash line starting from inner corners of the eye working outwards to intensify your eye color.
Step 2:
Brighten - Apply the white illuminating pencil along lower lash line and inner corners of the eye to brighten your eyes.
